We continuously strive to foster lasting progress through empowering partnerships. Our flagship programs – the Sesa Football Academy (SFA) and Sesa Technical School (STS) & Vedanta ESL Skill School (VESS) – are nurturing the future of the youth with skills, confidence, and opportunities for a brighter future. SFA has expanded its reach in rural and mining belts, with women’s football emerging as a strong pillar of empowerment, while STS has upheld its tradition of excellence by ensuring every graduate is equipped for success.
Healthcare and education remain key focus areas across opur operational area.Project Aarogya has brought basic affordable healthcare to remote communities through the Mobile Health Units, while Project Vriddhi has strengthened education through scholarships, digital learning, night classes, and infrastructure support in far-flung districts. Women’s empowerment has been advanced through Project Jeevika, which builds capacity and skills to augment household income. Initiatives like Rural Development and the Alternative Livelihood Opportunity Project (ALOP) have fostered sustainable rural development, supporting farming communities and creating alternative income streams.
Employee volunteerism through SEVA has further expanded our footprint, instilled a spirit of solidarity and reinforced the feeling of being one with the communities. Together, these efforts represent tangible outcomes designed to stand the test of time and which are lasting, empowering, and transformative.
